Understanding Stock & Custom Forms
Within the RedForm: Form Builder, there are two types of forms you will encounter (Stock & Custom). In this article, we will discuss the differences between a stock and custom form.
In This Article:
What Are Stock Forms
Stock forms are included on your website and come pre-defined for you. This means that once your website is launched, you will be able to obtain leads immediately through the stock forms provided on the site.
Note: Pro users have the option to choose which ones are included in the navigation and can edit the stock forms if desired.
How Many Stock Forms Does My Website Come With?
For “Basic Websites” six stock forms are included, not including the membership sign-up forms are included as follows:
- “Contact Agent” – This form is used to allow the visitor to contact you via the website regarding general questions or information they wish to send to you
- “Dream Home Finder” – This form is used by buyers to advise you of what they are looking for in their next home purchase. This provides you with the opportunity to connect with them and help facilitate generating saved searches for them on the Redman platform.

- “Home Evaluation” – This form is used by sellers to advise you that they would like you to evaluate their property. This provides you with the opportunity to connect them to list their home potentially.

- “Real Estate Deals” – This form is for people looking for specific types of real estate deals (ex. Weekly Deals, Fixer-Uppers, Foreclosures, Estate Sales). By filling out this form, the visitor, is requesting you to send them specific information on the types of deals they “checked off”.

What Are Custom Forms
New Custom forms are created by “Adding A New Form”. As these are made specifically by you, they are considered “custom” to your real estate website. On the “Basic Level”, you can add up to three Custom forms while, on the “Pro Level”, you can add up to ten Custom forms.
