Troubleshooting Your Domain
If your domain is set up to point to your website already, you can use the tips and links below to begin troubleshooting why the link is not functioning.

If your domain is an alias or forwarding domain, please check with your domain registrar to ensure your forwarding is set up correctly.

Checking Expiry Date
Do a WHOis look up, and look at the expiry date. Linked below are a few different tools you can use for this.
If the expiry date is in the past, or if your nameserver records appear to be incorrect, this could have occurred. To resolve this, contact your domain host and be sure to renew your domain.
Checking if it has Been Updated
If you have updated your domain within the past 24 – 72 hours, the update may not have propagated yet. You can check on your propagation progress using the DNS propagation tool WhatsMyDNS.net

Check if it is Caching
If it is nothing else, and you have updated your site recently, your browser may have retained a version of your old site.
You can try refreshing the site or opening it using a private/incognito window.
