Agent ID
The Agent ID listed on the website allows the system to connect listings to a profile connected to a particular website. In many areas your agent ID and the ID you use to login to the MLS system to list properties may be the same, however this is not always true – depending on how the information is provided to us. If your ID is missing and your MLS system login information does not appear to load your listings, contact our Customer Success Team and they can attempt to assist you with this information.
Please note: our team will not be able to assist you if you do not have active listings.
What Occurs When the IDs are Missing?
When you leave your Agent ID blank, there is nothing telling your website which listings are yours. This means your listings will not appear on the site. To update your Agent ID, follow the steps laid out in a previous article: How Do I Update my Agent ID?
