What do I do if a Clients New Listing is not Showing on the Website?

If a clients listing is not appearing on your website there are a few things you can do.

    1. Refresh your website. Browsers use cookies to store information about websites to make sites load faster. Sometimes, the browser will not recognize new information right away and has to be told to “rethink” the information it is giving you.
    2. Wait a few minutes. It can take anywhere from 1 to 24 hours for a listing to appear depending on the board and how frequently we receive data from them. You can check to see when your site was last updated by looking at your Search page.

If your client’s listing is still not appearing on your site, contact our Customer Success Team and advise:

  • The MLS number of the listing
  • When the listing was posted
