The Comment on my Listings have Added Strange Characters. How do I fix it?

MLS, Listing Comments and Your Board

Your MLS listing data is pulled directly from MLS and is then filtered by your board, brokerage and then by you, the agent. When your listing description or comments are not appearing the way you have entered them into MLS, it means somewhere along the data path, the information was misinterpreted and now displays incorrectly.

To solve this, the first step is to ensure the data from the board is feeding correctly to your site. You can update the data by contacting your board and providing them with the MLS number along with what you are currently seeing and what you should be seeing.
