I am not Receiving Emails from my.redmantech.ca? How can I see Them?

When you are unable to receive email correspondence from my.red, please ensure the email we have on file for you is up to date by editing your account details

You are also able to check out your email history using your my.redmantech.ca account. This is an awesome way of keeping track of the emails sent to you by Redman. Follow the steps below to learn how to view your email correspondence from Redman.

Logging Into Your my.redmantech.ca Account

In a previous article we reviewed how to log into your my.redmantech.ca account

Once you have logged into your my.redmantech.ca account, you can view your email history by selecting “Hello, Your Name!” from the right side of the black navigation bar. Once selected you can choose “Email History” from the drop down menu.Screen Shot 2015-08-20 at 11.15.36 AM

Selecting “Email History” will bring you to a page that lists all the messages sent to the email account associated with your my.redmantech.ca login information.

Select the blue “View Message” button to view the email message.
