Listings Data and Your Board
Your Redman Website automatically updates your listings with information provided to MLS. This information is filtered down to your site where your listings can be viewed.
The MLS information is filtered first from MLS through your Real Estate board. This information is then updated by your board for use by your website periodically. This period can be as short as hourly to as long as once daily based on the schedule from the boards data provider.
From the board, the listing information is then filtered by brokerage. This means if you change brokerages you will need to update the information on your website or you will not be able to see your listings on your website. If you require assistance updating this information please see our previous article “How Can I Update My Brokerage Information?” or contact our Customer Success Team for more assistance.
After the listings are filtered by brokerage, your listings are filtered from your brokerage to your website by your agent ID.
