Through the Redman Workstation you are able to review what your buyers are searching for and what listings they have favourited.

Logging Into Your Redman Workstation

In a previous article, we discussed “How To Login To Your Redman Workstation”. To gain insight on how to “login to your Redman website”, simply follow the steps here.

Viewing a Client’s Searches

Once Logged in, you can access your client information by selecting the “Clients and Leads” navigation option and then selecting “Clients”

Note: You can use the same steps here for your Members

Once you have accessed your “Clients” choose the client you would like to review the searches for.

Note: This client’s status must include “Buyer”

This will take you directly to their saved search along with any other recent search history.

Viewing a Client’s Favorited Listings

Once you have accessed the client’s information area, you can select the “Favourite Listings” tab to see if there are any listings this client has favourited.
