Understanding Why We Have Security Questions
When you first login to your Redman Workstation account, you will be asked three questions that will be used to verify your identity if you ever call for assistance or call to update your account. Once you are able to answer the questions correctly, your identification is verified. If your assistant is calling on your behalf, once they answer the security questions correctly, we are confident they have the authority to change your account details on your behalf.
If you can’t answer the security questions, then we can not verify your identity. It’s important to review and update these questions on a regular basis. We suggest every 6 months.
