Retrieving Your Missing Invoices

As an account owner, you receive all monthly notifications regarding your Redman invoices. You also have the ability to view them online by following the steps below.

Logging Into my.redmantech.ca

The first step is logging into my.redmantech.ca. At present, your billing and account is managed separately from your Redman website. When you access this website, you will want to login with the unique password provided. Note: If you do not already have a password for this system, we recommend selecting “Forgot Password?”. Your email should match your Redman Website account and will be the same address you receive your invoice notifications at, making it easy to reset your password.

Viewing Your Invoices

In order to view your invoices, you will want to select “Billing” then “My Invoices” in the top navigation bar.

From here, you will be provided a list of all the generated invoices from your Redman account.

To obtain additional information on a specific invoice, including transactional details, simply select “view invoice” for the one you are interested in viewing further.

Downloading Your Invoice

After selecting the grey View Invoice button a new window will open showing the selected Invoice and all its details.

From this screen, scroll down and you will see options to print the page from your browser options or you can download it as a file to your computer.

You also have the option to go Back to Client Area using the link at the bottom of the invoice.
