Deleting a File From Your Website
To delete a file to your website, you will need to log into your Redman Workstation (you can learn how to do this here).
Once in the Redman Workstation, select the “Content Modules” Tab from along the black navigation bar along the top of the screen. This will create a drop down menu were you can select “Files & Image Manager”
This will bring you to the “Content Manager” screen, where you can select “Files”
This will show you all the current files you have on your website.
In the far right column, you will see an “Actions” option for “Delete” beside image. Simply select the underlined “Delete” option to remove the desired image. Your web browser may ask you “Is this ok to delete?” select “OK” to confirm.
And you are finished – you have successfully removed an image from your files!
Note: If this image was ever incorporated into one of your website pages, you will need to go to that page to remove the image file. If not done, it will show a missing image error on the website page.
