Retrieving Deleted Emails from Redman Webmail

Unfortunately, once emails have been deleted from the Redman Webmail server there is no way of retrieving them.

If you have moved your email to the “Trash” you can retrieve it once logged into your Redman Webmail account.

Select the “Trash” folder on the left hand side of the page. 

Once selected, this will open the “Trash” folder where you can select from the emails you have moved to the folder.

To move an email back to your inbox, select the email you would like to move.

Hold down your left mouse key and “drag” the email to the “Inbox” folder on the left hand side of the screen.

The folder will turn yellow when you hover over it with the email. Release the left mouse key to “drop” the email in the “Inbox” folder.

You can use this method to move any email into any folder you wish.
